The characteristics are important for those jobs because they are expected of you, and you need to have them or you won’t be able to the job correctly or at all, the social characteristics are important so you can communicate with the other staff members. The expected characteristics are the manners, dress code, and how you treat other people. You should have them for any job. But the main characteristics are important so you can just get the job done, and you need them so you have an understanding of what you have to do. The leadership is important for the network manager job, because you need to manage the network and the people who also work for it. You also need commitment so you can be ready to do your work and also enjoy it! Knowledge of certain things is important because you need to have knowledge in the job or you are going to get no where. For the social development job, having dedication always comes in handy for any job, but you so need social skills to communicate with everybody and to actually do your job you need to be social, you really need to know how everything works.
